Who we are

Nursteed Electrical Ltd is a NAPIT-registered electrical contractor based in Bath, operating across Bath, Wiltshire, and Somerset. Our website is nursteed.com.

What information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number and/or email address
• The type of electrical service you are enquiring about
• Any additional details you choose to provide

Providing your phone number or email address is optional individually, but we ask for at least one so we can respond to your enquiry.

When you browse the site, we may collect anonymised usage data — such as which pages you visited, how long you spent on them, and what device and browser you used — if you have given your consent to analytics cookies. This data does not identify you personally.

We do not collect payment information, run a mailing list, or ask you to create an account.

How we use your information and our legal basis

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data — We keep the details from your enquiry for as long as is necessary to respond to and complete your request. If the enquiry does not lead to work being carried out, we will not retain your details beyond the point of correspondence. If we carry out work for you, we keep relevant records for six years in line with standard business and tax obligations.

Analytics data — Anonymised analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted from Google's systems.

Cookie consent preference — Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser and does not expire automatically. You can change or withdraw your preference at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer.
